Welcome to Second Grade students and parents. I have been teaching in the Pike County School System for 19 wonderful years. . It is truly a blessing to love teaching young minds and working with wonderful and caring co -workers/ friends. I have been part of the Pike County School System since elementary school. The amazing teachers that I had, inspired me to pursue a career in teaching. When they spoke, the passion for teaching took over.

I received all of my degrees from Troy University – Bachelor’s Degree (2000) and Masters’   Degree (2006). I have had the greatest honor of teaching the most amazing kids at Goshen Elementary School (current – 19 years).

I am a resident of Brundidge, Alabama. I have a great family and some awesome friends (who are not just friends, but part of my family.)

In my off time, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy going to church, shopping, and traveling.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year with a group of amazing students. Again, let’s have an exciting school year.
